LOCALLY GROWN PICK YOUR OWN – GROWING FOOD TO SHARE
With the assistance of the Community Payback Team and local volunteers we created the first phase of the BEATH EATS Project.
The Hub now has an outside growing area with fruit, vegetables, salads and herbs which will shortly be available for the public to harvest for free.
We are currently looking for volunteers to help deliver this exciting project in the Cowdenbeath area. So why don’t you pop in and have a wee look and have a chat about volunteering and training opportunities.
£5 would buy compost and seeds to help us reach more people in the community. If you would like to donate materials please get in touch with Kayle on 01592 860296. Alternatively you can donate through our
The Edible and Tasty Spaces (EATS) project is all about communities having spaces where food can be grown and shared locally.
