Brag’s Employability team deliver employability support Fife-wide as part of Fife Employability and Training Consortium (Fife-ETC). Throughout the Coronavirus pandemic they continued to provide that much needed support and successfully sourced SIA (Security Industry Authority) training which is highly desirable for employment within the security industry.

The course was attended by 15 participants, 10 of whom were our Fife-ETC clients. From those 10 clients, 8 successfully passed their course and received their badges fully funded by Fife-ETC.

One client has successfully gained employment with another four clients awaiting start dates from new employers. The remaining three clients who gained their SIA badge are receiving ongoing support from our employability team to secure suitable employment.
