If your business grows, there’s no need to look elsewhere, we can generally accommodate movement from business unit to business unit within our site.
Concerned about signing a long lease? You can if you wish, but we also offer the option of short/medium term leases but also Licences to Occupy which gives less security than a lease, but greater flexibility for both tenant and landlord.
Worried About huge deposits? No need, we only ask for 1 month rent up front.
