Our programmes have offered experiential learning and a variety of skills ranging from Employability skills, general life skills, building confidence, self-esteem and Personal Development through to hands on practical programmes.

We have worked within our local community as well as secondary Schools throughout Fife but can go beyond this area as and when required.

Our bespoke Employability programmes can be designed to each individual schools’ needs and requirements;

The City & Guilds qualification gives young people the opportunity to develop the qualities and attitudes required by employers and to help them to develop their own key personal skills. The programme covered planning for progression and the world of work, Effective skills, qualities and attitudes for learning and work, Rights and Responsibilities in the work place, interview skills and techniques, CV writing, mock interviews with local employers and most importantly hands on work experience. Young people who have participated in this programme have achieved a variety of modules towards their City & Guilds qualification.
