Corporate – Quality & Compliance Manager

Role

This senior management post will have full responsibility for the development and ongoing management of BRAGs quality standards ensuring that the products and or service our operational projects provide is fit for purpose, consistent and meets both external and internal requirements. This includes legal compliance and customer expectations. Responsibilities will also include talent and asset management along with verification tests of the supply chain.

Post Title:        Corporate – Quality & Compliance Manager

Duration:         35 hours per week

Reporting to:   Managing Director

Reward:          £39,747 per annum with 7.5% employer pension & health cover

Location:         base location Crosshill, Fife with work across central Fife

Closing date:   5PM on 25th  June

About You

You will ideally have a qualification in a relevant quality discipline along with relevant experience and knowledge. More importantly you will be a good communicator and should be able to demonstrate a commitment to the wider social benefits that BRAG aim to deliver working with your colleagues to uphold all the values we hold dear.

Brag Enterprises is a Fife based charity and social enterprise that supports people, who in the main, are residing in disadvantaged areas of Fife to gain the training and employability skills to enable them to move into sustainable employment. We also work closely with communities to improve their economic resilience. We also own business centres in Crosshill and Methil that act as Community enterprise Centres where we rent out affordable business space
