As the Receptionist/Administrator, Vikki is often the first point of contact and welcomes all visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone, answering or referring enquiries. She provides admin support to staff by organising meetings, typing documents, updating computer records and minute taking. Vikki has worked in the customer service industry for a while but was grateful in August 2014, when Brag gave her the opportunity to gain experience in the field she had always wanted to work in.
